He encourages us to take mental health breaks, go for quick walks, and live in the moment. Productivity has improved, but more importantly, so has the vibe. Grizzly makes work feel a little less like work and a lot more like home. Grizzly's not just a dog, he's a vibe. With the charm of a Japanese Spitz and the sass of a Pom, he's a four-legged morale officer with a floofy coat and a serious love for attention. He high-fives for treats, poses for selfies, and knows exactly when someone needs a cuddle. While other dogs nap under desks, Grizzly's out here being the unofficial CEO of good energy.
