Additionally, the growing demand for BIM Managers, Urban Planners, and Sustainability Specialists underscores the industry's increasing focus on digital innovation and environmental responsibility.
AI is making a meaningful impact on workflows, with 67% of respondents highlighting Conceptual Design as the most affected area, followed by Design Briefs and Workflow Automation (42% each). While AI is also enhancing processes in 3D Modeling, Construction Planning, and Building Performance Analysis, its potential is still unfolding in areas like Parametric Design and Site Analysis.
