Success Works

Success Works transform the lives of women affected by the criminal justice system, by providing them with employability skills and empowering them to present themselves to an employer who sees their skills and potential and not the criminal record. They break down the barriers to employment for women with a criminal record through employer engagement, training and advocating for change.

They provide mentoring programming, job readiness workshops, employer engagement, advocacy, and other services to help transform the lives of women affected by the criminal justice system.
