Change Analyst

• Long-term contract until June 2026
• $700 - $800 + Super per day
• Hybrid work model | Sydney CBD

Are you an experienced Change Analyst looking for a long-term opportunity? This NSW Government department is seeking a proactive and skilled professional to support a significant workforce reform transition. With an immediate start on offer and reporting directly to the Workforce Transition Lead. This role is based in the Sydney CBD and has a generous hybrid working model (approximately 2 days in the office per week). To ensure a smooth onboarding process, you may be asked to attend the office more frequently at the beginning.

Day-to-day your responsibilities will be to support the planning and delivery of change initiatives across the department. Assisting with the development of change documentation, impact assessments, and workforce transition plans.  You will facilitate workshops and change-related communications to minimise disruption and resistance while ensuring alignment and integration.

Proven experience as a Change Analyst in complex environments is essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Ideally, you'll also bring hands-on experience in conducting change impact assessments and delivering workforce transition initiatives.
