Commercial Litigation Associate (2-5yrs PQE)

The practice is conflict-free, industry-agnostic, and represents clients both as plaintiffs and defendants across a broad range of matters, including class actions, financial services disputes, mass torts, corporate collapses, product liability, international arbitration, and regulatory investigations.
The Role
The Sydney office is seeking talented commercial litigation associates with 2–5 years’ post-admission experience. Working closely with market-leading partners, this role will see you contribute to some of Australia’s most high-profile and complex litigation and arbitration matters. You will have the opportunity to run files, liaise with clients, brief counsel, and develop your advocacy, drafting, and strategy skills in a team of top-tier litigation specialists.

The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2–5 years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation at a global, top-tier or highly regarded boutique firm (please only apply if you hold an unrestricted practicing certificate) .
- A Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 75+ from a leading Australian university.
- Strong analytical, advocacy, and written communication skills.
- A passion for complex disputes and a commitment to excellence.
- Australian legal qualifications and current local experience (applications without local credentials cannot be considered).
