Customer Care Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve up to 100 in-bound calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Provide clear communication and assistance to customers to ensure all queries are resolved quickly
• Complete general office administration tasks
• Enter information of all in-bound calls into a system.
To be successful for this role
• Previous experience in the security sector
• Experience in a high-volume call centre
• Ability to work efficiently and well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• ASAP start
