Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries across messenger, social media, phone, email, and live chat.
- Manage and resolve order issues using internal systems.
- Provide accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date customer information.
- Handle customer cases submitted through the website with care and efficiency.
What You’ll Bring:
- Customer-facing experience from retail, hospitality, or contact centre environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in data entry.
- A quick learner who enjoys picking up new systems and tools.
- A genuine enthusiasm for animals is a big plus!
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, based in Macquarie Park.
