Events / Office Administrator
The Role:
- Organising and managing events, including logistics, communications, vendor coordination, and on-site set-up
- Creating marketing materials and campaigns in collaboration with internal teams
- Handling communications via social media and other platforms to amplify engagement
- Providing outstanding customer service to members via phone and email
- Supporting office operations, including facilities coordination and general adhoc duties
- Coordinating post-event evaluations for member feedback and ratings
About You:
- Experience in event coordination/management or venue management is essential
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
- Experience with social media and digital communications tools is highly regarded
