people2people are partnering with a community-based organisation, based in Brisbane’s CBD who foster great organisational culture and values.

About the role
This temporary opportunity, with scope for extension will see the successful candidate supporting the Executive Director. Working fulltime hours with flexible work arrangements on offer, day to day responsibilities of this busy role will include:

• Provide high level executive support
• Manage day to day priorities
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Diary management
• Inbox management
• Travel Coordination
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes
• Draft documents and correspondence
• Prepare presentations and reports
• Credit Card reconciliations

Selection criteria:

• Proven experience in a EA role
• Ability to foster professional relationships
• Experience within a community-based organisation or the educational sector advantageous
• Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
• Developed organisational and time management skills
• Experience preparing templates, briefing's and support documents
