The opportunity:
Based at the front desk of the CBD office , this role is the first point of contact and is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. As the face of the organisation, the role also provides key administrative and operational support to the Facilities team. Responsibilities include managing service requests and complaints, coordinating contractors and service providers, booking and preparing meeting rooms, ordering consumables and stationery, and assisting with the coordination of social events.
Selection criteria:
- Proven experience in facilities coordination / administration / concierge
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Advanced communication / interpersonal skills with proven stakeholder engagement experience’
- Tech savvy and quick to pick up systems and processes – MS Office Suite
- High attention to detail and a collaborative team player
