About the Role
This is a solo front-of-house receptionist position, perfect for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and can create a warm, calm environment. You will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and supporting the wider team with general admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and transferring incoming calls promptly
- Managing the admin inbox – saving documents and forwarding to appropriate staff
- Supporting reception inbox overflow when required
- Greeting and welcoming clients warmly
- Offering tea or water to clients upon arrival
- Keeping the kitchen tidy and running errands like post office runs
- Previous admin or reception experience
- Empathetic, people-oriented, and confident in dealing with clients
- A strong work ethic and genuine interest in contributing to a team
- Someone who values culture and is excited to be part of a people-first firm
- Weekly fruit boxes, yoga, and flu vaccinations
