• Based in Eagle Farm – 2-month assignment ASAP start

The opportunity
 
This is a true HR generalist opportunity, reporting to the HR Manager and working as part of a collaborative and supportive HR team. You’ll play a key role in delivering advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle, while engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Operating within a dynamic, fast-paced, and predominantly blue-collar environment, this role requires someone with solid experience in employee and industrial relations who enjoys being hands-on and thrives under pressure.
 
Selection criteria
 

• Completed HR Qualification
• Proven HR generalist experience working closely with stakeholders
• Performance management and review
• Legislation and award interpretation
• ER – case management and investigations
• Guidance and advice across the employee lifecycle
