The Role
The firm have an exciting opening for a Legal Assistant to join their CBD office. This role will support a Principal Lawyer directly across various plaintiff insurance areas. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing files
• Preparing monthly billing and reports
• Upholding client service standards
• Drafting correspondence and preparing briefs
• Liaising with clients
• Managing diaries and travel, including appointment scheduling
• Providing general PA and secretarial support
About You
To be considered for the role, you must have experience in a legal support. This opportunity is only being extended to those with full working rights. Law students must have at least 3 years left on their degree.
• Prior experience in insurance litigation preferred.
• Familiarity with a precedent, billing, and file management software.
• A proactive and enthusiastic work ethic.
• Strong communication skills
