What we’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (postgraduate preferred)
Experience in a senior marketing role
Proven leadership experience managing teams and campaigns end-to-end
Strong digital marketing, content strategy, and brand development skills
Ability to align marketing initiatives with strategic business goals
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Technologically literate across tools such as WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Analytics/Search Console, Zendesk

Highly Regarded

Experience in higher education or student recruitment environments
Familiarity with CRICOS/TEQSA standards
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of budget and supplier management
Passion for content creation and storytelling
A proactive, agile mindset with a continuous improvement approach
