Administration Support / Reception – Full Time
Based in Mandurah

On behalf of a well-regarded accounting firm in Mandurah, we’re looking for a professional, motivated individual to join the team in a full-time Administration Support / Reception role.
You'll be the first point of contact for clients and support the team with a range of admin tasks, including reception duties, document management, and client correspondence.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous administration experience is ideal
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Professional presentation and phone manner
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and detail-focused
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and general admin systems
