Outbound Customer Service | Appointment Setter

Role: Outbound Sales Representative – Appointment Setter (Temp)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Pay:$26.44 per hour + 8% holiday pay
Duration: 3-month assignment | Immediate start
Location: Albany

We’re on the lookout for a people-person, someone who’s confident, friendly, and can hold a conversation with just about anyone. You’ll be joining a healthcare company’s outbound customer care team where your focus is to book appointments, not push a hard sell.
This role is all about meaningful conversations and encouraging customers to take that next step. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and making a positive impact, this could be your perfect temp gig.

Here’s what the role involves:

Making 100+ outbound calls a day, with 50+ quality conversations
Reaching out to warm leads from online hearing checks, events, and more
Booking 18+ appointments per day at clinics across the country
Following up with current customers needing support or repairs
Balancing appointment targets with a genuinely caring, customer-first approach

What we’re looking for:

Previous outbound calling or telesales experience is ideal
A strong communicator who thrives in high-volume, results-driven work
Resilient, self-motivated, and upbeat, even when the calls start sounding the same
Quick to pick up new systems and processes
