Practice Coordinator
- Permanent Part-Time position (3-4 days per week)
- $75-$82k pro rate
- Located in Hawthorne East
Duties:
- Manage bookings for new and ongoing clients
- Provide reception support including meeting & greeting customers, answering phones and responding to emails
- Complete daily invoicing, receipting, and escalate any discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and welcoming clinic environment
- Prepare new client files and assist with data entry and scanning
- Coordinate clinic purchases and manage delivery logistics
About You:
- Previous experience working in Practice Coordination/Office Management
- Experience within allied health is highly regarded
- Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Must have or be willing to obtain a WWCC and National Police Check
