1. The Firm

2. The Role
Due to a strong pipeline of work, the firm is actively recruiting multiple roles at Associate, Senior Associate, and Special Counsel levels to join its dynamic Real Estate team based in Melbourne. While based in Melbourne, exceptional candidates based in Sydney will be considered. Working closely with experienced partners and senior practitioners, you will:

Act on a variety of high-end commercial and retail leasing matters.
Manage property acquisitions, sales, and development projects from end-to-end.
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and leasing documents.
Be actively involved in business development and client management activities.
Contribute to a team that values knowledge sharing, mentoring and professional development.

3. The Candidate
The firm is seeking property lawyers with 3+ PAE, who demonstrate:

Solid experience across leasing, acquisitions, disposals, and general property transactions.
Familiarity with key industry tools such as PEXA and a strong understanding of the Retail Leases Act.
Excellent drafting, communication and client service skills.
A commercial mindset and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
A collaborative, positive attitude and desire to progress your career in a supportive team.

Candidates with previous experience in large-scale transactions or acting for national property clients will be highly regarded.
