Regional Sale Manager - Poland - Wine, Food & Beverage or FMCG experience required
Are you a commercially savvy FMCG professional ready to take full ownership of a national market? A rare opportunity has opened with a leading global wine company looking for a Regional Manager to lead and grow its business across Poland.
This role is not a relocation opportunity - we're seeking someone who is already based in Poland and deeply understands the local market.

The Role As Regional Manager – Poland, you will be fully accountable for commercial performance in the country. With an established base and significant room for expansion, your focus will be on:
- Executing commercial strategies to drive growth across existing and new customers
- Owning the full P&L for the region
- Developing and maintaining senior-level customer relationships at HQ and in-store
- Monitoring market activity and competitor performance to shape effective strategies
- Leading strategic planning over 1–3 year horizons
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone with:
- 5–10 years of FMCG sales experience
- Strong P&L management skills and commercial acumen
- Proven ability to build and execute regional or customer strategies
- Experience working with grocery/retail customers (wine/alcohol category preferred)
- Fluent Polish and English language skills
- Ability to travel within Poland (up to 30%)
- Work with a diverse, international portfolio of iconic and up-and-coming wine brands
- Be the face of the business in Poland, with autonomy and ownership
