Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We're seeking multiple Talent Advisors to support a significant organisational change project over a fixed term period. As a Talent Advisor, you'll be responsible for managing various roles across your service area, combining recruitment expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills to ensure a fair and effective Expression of Interest (EOI) process.
In this role, you'll:

Partner with Business Leads to support the end-to-end Expression of Interest (EOI) process
Facilitate and guide moderation panels via MS Teams, ensuring adherence to selection criteria and consistent application of scoring frameworks
Provide expert advice during discussions, identifying and addressing potential bias
Use MS Excel to analyse responses and candidate data, determining the strongest matches based on merit
Guide stakeholders on generating candidate insights from the system for accurate decision-making
Ensure compliance with internal EOI procedures and selection policies
Provide comprehensive recruitment support

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and Experience

Proven track record in recruitment or HR advisory, ideally within complex organizational environments
Experience in managing recruitment processes in the public sector or for large-scale projects
Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, particularly in resolving sensitive personnel matters
Successful participation in organizational change initiatives, restructuring, or transformation projects
Advanced facilitation skills with the ability to address unconscious bias and ensure equitable decision-making
Proficiency with MS Excel for effective candidate data management
