Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We're seeking multiple Talent Advisors to support a significant organisational change project over a fixed term period. As a Talent Advisor, you'll be responsible for managing various roles across your service area, combining recruitment expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills to ensure a fair and effective Expression of Interest (EOI) process.
In this role, you'll:
- Partner with Business Leads to support the end-to-end Expression of Interest (EOI) process
- Facilitate and guide moderation panels via MS Teams, ensuring adherence to selection criteria and consistent application of scoring frameworks
- Provide expert advice during discussions, identifying and addressing potential bias
- Use MS Excel to analyse responses and candidate data, determining the strongest matches based on merit
- Guide stakeholders on generating candidate insights from the system for accurate decision-making
- Ensure compliance with internal EOI procedures and selection policies
- Provide comprehensive recruitment support

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in recruitment or HR advisory, ideally within complex organizational environments
- Experience in managing recruitment processes in the public sector or for large-scale projects
- Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, particularly in resolving sensitive personnel matters
- Successful participation in organizational change initiatives, restructuring, or transformation projects
- Advanced facilitation skills with the ability to address unconscious bias and ensure equitable decision-making
- Proficiency with MS Excel for effective candidate data management
