As they continue to grow, they are seeking an Administration Assistant (Warehouse Admin) to support their warehouse, operations, and cartage teams.

About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes across warehouse operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing email and phone correspondence, actioning client requests
General warehouse and office administration
Stock administration and reporting
Invoicing and processing paperwork
Customer service and client communications

About You
To succeed in this role, you must have:

ESSENTIAL: Proficiency in CargoWise – this is a must-have requirement
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
Proven experience in warehousing, cartage, or accounts administration
A proactive team player
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
