Spark
Spark is a rescue dog who joined our home after a foster fail. She started her life in a puppy mill and so we had to teach her to be a dog and know that walks and love are part of life. She now knows all about love and treats and goes to doggy daycare and plays with toys.
If she wants a pat she will come and tell you she wants a pat. We love her very much and could not do life without her. She has recently made a friend with Carson and this is them at school together.
Baer-Taffy
Despite his grumpy first impressions and clear preference for his inner circle, my dog has had a profound and lasting impact on the people lucky enough to know him well. As a 9-year-old rescue, he came into our lives with a strong sense of loyalty and a heart full of love — but only for those who earned it. He’s incredibly protective of his family, often putting himself between us and the world with silent strength.
But beneath that tough exterior is a complete goofball, full of quirks and personality.
Fudge
Fudge started out as a farm dog. She used to visit the rest home next door to the farm. When the farmer retired, Fudge moved into the rest home. Fudge likes to check on all the residents in the morning and helps to pick up the day stay residents. Fudge also encourages the residents to go walking outside. She keeps an eye on the maintains and care staff.
She always induced herself to new residents and makes them feel at home. Even visitors are pleased see Fudge. Fudge sometime help families interact with each other.
