Meet Paddington
Breed: Border Terrier
Barking from: Whitianga
What's up dog?
Paddington Pup was a surprise puppy - we didn't plan to get a dog but my partner saw how upset I was being separated from my childhood dog after moving out. So we went on a date to a farm (where I thought he was getting rid of me) and turned out he'd already put a deposit down on a Border Terrier Puppy. Paddy fell asleep on our feet and we knew instantly this little guy was for us. Over a year on, Paddy continues to surprise us and only ever wants to please. We walk him around town daily and always gets stopped for a cuddle by the public. We say he's Whiti-City famous! He has a very cheeky grin - you can't help but smile when you see him. He's a part-time welcome pup at my cafe and part-time farm rabbit catcher. Most weekends in the mornings he greets the customers and in the afternoons he gets to chase bunnies around the orchard. Talk about work-life balance! He's a very popular boy - a posse at school and a girlfriend around the road. He is currently the face of our PAWgust page - raising 500$ for guide dogs by running 125km during the month of August!
