Are you looking for a role where your client management skills and financial acumen will be truly valued? Here’s your chance to step into a dynamic Body Corporate Manager position in Wellington. You’ll be at the forefront of managing multi-unit properties, ensuring legislative compliance, and fostering strong, lasting relationships with clients. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact on the communities you serve.

Mōu | About you
Perhaps you bring 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within property or a related sector. You’re a natural communicator, comfortable leading meetings and navigating financial information. While specific body corporate experience isn't essential, your passion for delivering exceptional service and your ability to problem-solve will set you up for success. We welcome applications from those eager to learn and grow in this specialist field, as well as seasoned professionals.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
Ideally, you will bring:

Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
An understanding of financial principles and ideally some exposure to budgeting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation abilities.
A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (management, marketing/communications, law, etc.) is advantageous.
