Perhaps you bring 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within property or a related sector. You’re a natural communicator, comfortable leading meetings and navigating financial information. While specific body corporate experience isn't essential, your passion for delivering exceptional service and your ability to problem-solve will set you up for success. We welcome applications from those eager to learn and grow in this specialist field, as well as seasoned professionals.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience

Ideally, you will bring:
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • An understanding of financial principles and ideally some exposure to budgeting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation abilities.
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (management, marketing/communications, law, etc.) is advantageous.
