Business Development Manager - Access Hire

$100k–$120k + super + commission + Car + fuel + tolls + tools of the trade

What you'll be doing:

Driving new business across a defined territory (South-East)
Building a pipeline and managing relationships from lead to close
Representing the brand with professionalism and technical confidence
Creating value for clients with solutions-focused thinking

What you bring:

Proven success in Access Hire OR strong B2B sales experience into construction/building sectors
A confident, natural communicator who knows how to close
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Organised, self motivated, and proactive
A genuine passion for building long term customer relationships

Base salary up to $120k + super + commission
