Claim Administrator
This position is with a global electronics organisation and involves supporting warranty and refund claims across retail partner stores. The role follows a hybrid working pattern, four days in the office and one day working from home. Regular travel to retail locations is also required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Regular store visit to support with their issues related to product return and also converting return to repair wherever possible.
- Manage and follow up retailers’ claims throughout the claim process
- Verify accuracy and validity of each claim through careful review of all claim documents
- Keep record of all incoming claims and monitor the aging claims for urgent closure
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines while finalising a claim
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data verification and report creation
- Proficient knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint to create report
