Compliance Administrator
12 month - $38 per hour + super
Hybrid role with WHF flexibility after training
2 newly created Compliance Administrator roles have become available to join this busy, stable and customer centric business. Be part of a successful team and deliver timely and accurate documents and ensure best internal and external customer experience . Ongoing training and support will be provided and once completed 3 days work from home flexibility can be an option. Great opportunity for someone from a highly regulated industry background such as banking, insurance, legal that is looking to change industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with reviewing and processing of digital submissions, ensuring they align with relevant policies, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
- Contribute to internal audits and compliance checks ensuring they adhere to operational guidelines.
- Contribute to excellence in customer service, phone and email, which relates to correct practices, procedures, products and services.
- Carry out statistical reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in developing reports, presentations, and other materials to support projects, stakeholder engagement, and operational planning.
- Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders in regards to with changes in legislation, policies, and technologies to maintain service quality.

- Clear, confident communicator – Strong written and verbal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
- Analytical thinker with a tech edge – Uses numbers, logic, and digital tools (like MS Office).
