Conveyancing Paralegal

THE ROLE
As a Conveyancing Paralegal your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Managing residential and commercial transactions from start to finish, including contracts, reviews, and exchanges.
- Preparing contracts for sale and post-exchange documentation.
- Handling settlements and lodgements through PEXA.
- Coordinating with mortgage lenders, developers, and other parties.
- Performing other duties as needed to support the process.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered a suitable candidate you must have:
- Minimum 2 years conveyancing experience gained managing your own files
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and time constraints practically and effectively
- The ability to build rapport with clients
- Pro-active in progressing matters to completion
