Device Protection Operations Manager

Our client is a globally recognised and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. This position reports to the Senior Product Manager and is based at their Sydney Olympic Park office. The role follows a hybrid model, requiring four days in the office and one day working from home.

About the Role:
This role sits within the MX Sellout Platform team, responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing strategic plans to support business growth and performance.
As the Device Protection Operations Manager, you will support the Senior Product Manager in delivering a seamless, end-to-end customer experience across the organisation’s premium device protection program.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Operations

Manage packcode and Product ID (PID) creation
Handle SKU registration and device tier management

Sales Channel Integration

Support integration of protection programs with sales dashboards

Product Operations Management

Oversee daily operational tasks such as invoicing, financial reconciliation, forecasting, and reporting

Competitor Benchmarking

Analyse and assess competitor service offerings

Customer Experience & Issue Management

Manage Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback, system error reports, and operational issues

Go-to-Market Execution

Operationalise new product capabilities and support channel expansion initiatives

Sales Data Reporting

Deliver timely and accurate reporting on sales performance metrics

About You:

Experience with device protection programs or similar services is highly regarded
A university degree in business, technology, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in product operations or a similar role
