You’ll play a critical role in supporting daily operations while also taking ownership of initiatives that improve collaboration, efficiency, and team culture across the business.

- Be involved in projects that influence how the business runs
- Support a Managing Director & National Manager who value your contribution and wants a true partner
- Join a collaborative and agile team in a business entering an exciting new phase
- A great opportunity to level up into a more senior EA/Chief of Staff-style position over time
- Manage complex calendars, international travel, and confidential communications for the MD
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business reviews
- Coordinate leadership meetings, track follow-ups and ensure delivery on key actions
- Draft communications and manage stakeholder queries with discretion and professionalism
- Own internal initiatives and lead projects from end to end
- Support planning and reporting cycles, including budget and performance meetings
- Assist with strategic business updates and internal communications
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and keep teams aligned
- Be the go-to for all head office logistics – supplies, building access, intranet updates
- Liaise with property managers and vendors to keep the office running smoothly
- Support the wider senior leadership team with admin and ad hoc requests
- 3–5+ years of experience as an EA, Project Coordinator or Office Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and confidence dealing with senior executives
- Someone who takes initiative, is solutions-focused and loves creating calm out of chaos
- A team player who’s happy to be in the office 5 days a week to really own the space
