About the organisation

people2people are partnering with a values based Not-For-Profit organisation, based on the northside of Brisbane who foster great organisational culture and a sense of community. They are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the leadership team for a 3-6 month period with scope for permanency. 

About the role

Reporting into and supporting the leadership team, you will be responsible monitoring multiple inboxes, drafting correspondence, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel itineraries, managing travel insurance, liaise with external bodies, prepare leadership team and Trustee’s meeting agendas and documentations, meeting minutes along with providing support to committees.

Selection criteria:

• Proven experience in a PA / EA role
• Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
• Strong problem solving skills
• Developed communication skills
• Experience preparing Board papers, agendas and documentation
• Understanding of governance procedures and requirements
• Computer literacy – MS Office Suite & SharePoint
• Experience within not-for profit or community services beneficial
