Facilities Coordinator
Listed in the Fortune 500 Best Companies to work for, this business manufactures market-leading medical devices. Based on Sydney’s North Shore this is a temporary assignment starting early January until the end of 2024 (December 31st) with the view to extend/ go permanent!
The Role
Reporting to the Group Facilities Manager, your role will be broad! Offering amazing opportunities to develop your skills and gain exposure to all aspects and departments within this company on a national level!
In general, you will be responsible for matters related to Reception, Facilities & Operations administration.
Specifically, your day-to-day duties will include:
Working closely with the Facilities, Operations, and Quality Assurance departments.
Accepting and processing on incoming and outgoing parcels
Coordinating of shipments
Managing correct stock levels
2 days per week you will be responsible for overseeing and looking after the Front Reception Desk of this companies Head Office in addition to all Client & Guest Services.
Assist and support the Facilities & Operations Teams with all Adhoc administration and duties such as; Answering 'booked job' requests from internal stakeholders across the multiple sites in Australia Assuring that all contractors who arrive on-site are checked in and inducted.
Assisting in managing company ID cards (taking photos and printing) and building access cards. Managing supplier contracts and checking OHS issues/ requests
Arranging and reviewing onsite quotes and installation of services
To be considered for this role you must be a natural communicator with strong administration and organisational skills and most importantly a 'can-do attitude!'
