💰 $75-85/hr + Super
🏠 Hybrid: 2 Days WFH, 3 Days in Office

We are a leading essential services provider delivering design, construction, maintenance, and facilities management across Sydney’s CBD and surrounding suburbs. Our projects include a diverse portfolio of assets, from historical infrastructure to modern pipeline networks and treatment facilities.
The Role We are looking for a skilled and strategic Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, and analysis. This role will suit someone with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive financial performance and process improvements. Reporting to the Finance Lead, you will manage a small team and play a key role in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Manage month-end processes, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational decisions.
Develop and improve financial controls, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Lead a small team, mentoring and developing finance professionals.
Partner with key stakeholders to align financial objectives with business strategy.

About You:

5 + years in a construction/infratsructure environment
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar leadership role
Proven Experience in a joint venture environment
Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
CA or CPA qualified.
Ability to provide commercial and strategic financial insights.
