The organization
 
People2people have partnered with a professional services firm in the accounting sector to source an experienced HR Advisor for their growing business. Being part of a global brand and a national network, this role will see you support the full employee lifecycle.
 
The opportunity
 
This true generalist role will see you report to a highly experienced and supportive Practice Manager to support and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle while identifying opportunities for streamlining and initiatives focused on attraction, retention and culture.  As the organization grows – so will you! Work closely with internal and external stakeholders while identify processes and procedures for improvement.
 
Selection criteria
 

• Completed tertiary HR qualification with proven HR generalist experience
• Professional services industry experience is highly advantageous
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle
• Thorough understanding of legislation and award interpretation
• ER / IR experience
• Stakeholder engagement and management experience
