HR Advisor

• Join a global logistics leader supporting high-performing distribution centres. 
• $95,000 - $105,000 + super | Multi Site - Tullamarine, Laverton, Truganina (weekly), Mickleham (monthly), WFH Fridays
• 6 month contract, immediate start 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join a dynamic team supporting Victorian logistics operations. This is a chance to partner directly with local leaders to drive meaningful people outcomes and influence the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, blue-collar environment.

THE ROLE Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with stakeholders to deliver people initiatives aligned with business strategy
• Advising on workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and change management
• Supporting performance management, grievances, disciplinary action, and investigations
• Leading or contributing to enterprise agreement negotiations and industrial relations activities
• Coaching leaders on people matters and fostering a culture of collaboration
• Supporting training, development, and succession planning initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies

This position may include occasional interstate or international travel and will require flexible working hours to support a global team.
ABOUT YOU To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in HR, business, psychology, or a related field
• Experience in a generalist HR role, within a logistics, manufacturing, or blue-collar environment
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment law, unions and HR best practices
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Confidence managing both white- and blue-collar workforces
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
