HR Business Partner
You’ll thrive if you love coaching leaders, using HR data to influence decision-making, and enjoy working in a structured, well-supported HR environment.
Main responsibilities include:
- Leading the full employee lifecycle for your business group
- Partnering with the HR Manager and senior stakeholders to roll out retention and engagement initiatives
- Supporting performance and capability development, including training delivery and coaching
- Providing advice on performance management and navigating complex ER issues
- Guiding remuneration and benefits processes, including annual reviews
- Proven HRBP experience, ideally in a global organisation
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-makers
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships
- Experience delivering training or workshops is a bonus
- Comfortable using HRIS systems and data to guide strategic people decisions
