HR Business Partner

Join a highly regarded global business as an HR Business Partner on a 12-month parental leave contract. Working within a collaborative, best-practice HR team, you'll take full ownership of a national client group, working closely with senior leaders to drive engagement, performance, and people development.

You’ll thrive if you love coaching leaders, using HR data to influence decision-making, and enjoy working in a structured, well-supported HR environment.

Main responsibilities include:

Leading the full employee lifecycle for your business group
Partnering with the HR Manager and senior stakeholders to roll out retention and engagement initiatives
Supporting performance and capability development, including training delivery and coaching
Providing advice on performance management and navigating complex ER issues
Guiding remuneration and benefits processes, including annual reviews

What to bring to the role:

Proven HRBP experience, ideally in a global organisation
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-makers
A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships
Experience delivering training or workshops is a bonus
Comfortable using HRIS systems and data to guide strategic people decisions
