We are excited to offer an opportunity to develop a customer focused team representing a category leader, providing sales and service support to an extensive wholesale and dealer network in SA
The team leader and sales team will support a diverse client base more effectively by:
  • Supporting dealership sales network on the phone and by email by quoting, ordering and scheduling fitment of products.
  • Supporting our wholesale business via phone and email
  • Taking overflow phone calls from branches and answering questions
  • Implementing and continually improving the ticket system to better control workflow throughout the team
  • Ability to work across multiple channels
  • Ability to work with cross functional departments to help improve and streamline systems always looking for improvement
Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the team with a can-do attitude
  • Help to set up the systems and processes reporting back to IT to provide feedback for continual system improvement
  • Tracking KPI’s and making sure the team is always working towards growth targets
  • Provide regular support, coaching and guidance to team members
  • Answering sales enquiries both by phone and via email from consumers, wholesale customers and automotive dealers.
  • Preparing sales orders, quotes and proposals for retail, dealer and stockists’ customers.
  • Helping the team achieve the agreed KPI’s and targets.
  • Continuously liaising with the Branch Managers and sales staff to ensure that all the Hub responsibilities completed on-time
  • Providing support and backup for all members of the Hub
  • Aftersales service/warranty
  • Provide technical assistance or providing access to technical information as required
  • Stock ordering
  • Main point of contact for shows and exhibitions
  • Be the escalation point for matters concerning wholesale and retail customers from the private network
  • Manage fleet of vehicles
  • Special projects when they come to hand
