About the role

Reporting to the Operations Team Leads, the purpose of the Kit Assembler is to provide fast, efficient and high-quality Customer Service through;

• Review incoming orders
• Picking and packing equipment and medical trays
• Preparing equipment for delivery
• Data entry
• System management
• Answering general queries from the customer service team
• Various other high functioning warehouse duties to support positive customer and business outcomes

 
Selection criteria

To be considered for this position you will have;

• Be dedicated and reliable
• Have a strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a team focus
• Previous experience in a high functioning, warehouse environment
• Computer literacy (MS Office Suite – essential)
