Legal Assistant

THE FIRM
Join a commercial firm working with national clients. Committed to providing exceptional legal service and solutions. The firm enhances their service though collaboration and upskilling for both their team and clients. They are now seeking a dynamic legal assistant to join the commercial litigation team!

THE ROLE
- Supporting a team including 2 Partners, 3 Senior Lawyers and 2 Associates
- Effective diary and travel management
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Organize and maintain client files and information
- Phone and inbox management
- Assist with end of month billing depending of fee earner
- Admin and adhoc tasks

ABOUT YOU
You will be considered a desirable candidate if you have:
- Around 4 years of commercial litigation experience as a legal assistant
- Proficiency in Aderant
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Great organizational skills
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Adaptable with a can-do work approach
