Your Impact
You’ll be a key player in promoting brand initiatives and driving engagement across webinars, partner events, and digital channels. You’ll work closely with industry partners, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of both marketing and events.
Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to coordinate moving parts will directly contribute to the company’s brand growth and event success.
What You'll Do
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Coordinate social media, email marketing, website content updates, and newsletters
- Plan and manage logistics for online & in-person events
- Build and maintain timelines, track budgets, and create post-event reports
- Liaise with AV teams, designers, venues, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
- Support speaker coordination and drive audience attendance through campaigns
- Collaborate with senior marketers and industry organisations to boost reach
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 1+ years’ experience in a marketing or events coordination role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with MS Office, HubSpot, WordPress, and Monday
- Bonus points for Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics experience
- A proactive, motivated attitude and a genuine interest in technology and finance
