Office Manager
The Role:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth administrative processes
- Manage calendars, appointments, cancellations and general daily coordination
- Oversee site administration, daily task tracking, and resource management
- Ensure site maintenance and operational checklists are completed and up to date
- Act as the go-to person for operational and administrative matters
About you:
- Previous experience in an office management position (health or allied health is highly advantageous but not essential)
- Highly organised with strong communication and coordination skills
- Proactive and solutions focused, and confident in taking initiative
- You can manage multiple priorities whilst supporting a team
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and your team
