Payroll Officer

A growing and dynamic Financial Services Business, require the immediate assistance of a highly experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a three month basis to assist with year-end and cover leave. You will be working in a team of three and processing multiple payrolls on a weekly basis.

The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,

End to end payroll processing for 1400 employees (team of 3) weekly
Award and EA interpretation and assisting with year-end reconciliations
Payroll calculations, entitlements, deductions, leave and terminations
Preparing and processing superannuation
Dealing with payroll queries

About You
The successful applicant will have/be,

Experienced in end to end payroll processing
A strong understanding of payroll legislation
Ability to interpret Award and EA's
Roubler and/or Employment Hero system experience highly regarded
A strong attention to detail and well developed communication skills
