The organisation:

There has success has been due to their focus on safety while building strong understanding and relationships with their clients – meeting and exceeding their needs.
 
The opportunity
 
Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for ensuring successful day to day operations and project coordination – working with key stakeholders, internal and external. Your role will include project coordination, invoicing, payment follow-up, customer service, logistics coordination, inventory control, exec support operations and reporting.
 
Selection criteria

• Proven experience within a similar Project / Operations Coordinator role
• Experience within the mining / engineering / construction or related industry sectors adv
• Demonstrated experience in invoicing, reconciliations and reporting
• Coordination of logistics, freight and inventory experience highly desirable
• Advanced communication / interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service
• Tech savvy and quick to pick up systems – MS Office Suite
• Work from home with the ability to travel to Brisbane CBD as required
