Researcher
You will play a key role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the commercial office, retail, and residential fit-out sectors. Your research and insights will directly support our strategic growth, sales initiatives, and outreach campaigns across London.
Please note, this role is 5 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted research to identify businesses undergoing workplace change, including relocations, refurbishments, or new fit-outs.
- Think “outside the box” to identify companies that are looking for workplace change.
- Monitor industry news, planning applications, lease events, and market trends.
- Build and maintain accurate and insightful databases of prospective clients and projects.
- Use a range of tools (e.g., publications, social media, CRM, AI tools) to capture, manage, and analyse lead information.
- Work closely with the sales and business development team to prioritise and qualify leads.
- Support the creation of customised outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, key decision-maker movements, and competitor activity.
- Develop and implement effective contact strategies for outreach to prospective clients.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong work ethic
- Happy to work in a target-based environment
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Curious mindset with confidence to suggest new ideas and approaches.
- Experience of working in HubSpot is a bonus!
- Comfortable using social media and AI tools for research and relationship-building.
- Interest in commercial property, design, or construction is a plus.
