Retail Project & Visual Merchandising Specialist

Are you passionate about creating engaging retail environments and managing fast-paced projects? We're looking for a Retail Project & Visual Merchandising Specialist to support a leading global brand in delivering exceptional in-store experiences across Australia.

About the Role:
In this role, you’ll support the execution of product launches and store activations, ensuring visual displays and retail fixtures reflect brand excellence. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you'll help bring new retail concepts to life, on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate retail display rollouts, from planning to execution
Support new product launches and campaign implementation across key retail partners
Manage timelines, budgets, and compliance reporting
Work with sales, marketing, and retail teams to ensure consistent visual merchandising
Track the performance and maintenance of in-store assets and displays
Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to align on goals and execution plans

Who We're Looking For:

Prior experience in retail project coordination or visual merchandising, preferably with consumer goods or lifestyle brands
Proficient in Trello, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and design
Excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative environments
Able to work across multiple projects with shifting priorities
