Retail Sales Consultant


A leading global bedding brand, established for over 30 years and trusted by athletes and VIPs around the world, is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join their team in Marion. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a premium retail business known for innovation, luxury, and quality.

The successful candidate will be the face of the brand, working across multiple store locations and playing a key role in delivering a world-class shopping experience. The role involves welcoming and engaging customers, offering expert guidance on products, addressing any queries or concerns, and managing the sales process from beginning to end.
 
This part-time position offers 20 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between Thursday and Monday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Availability on weekends is essential.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, confident, and driven to deliver outstanding service. While previous retail or sales experience is preferred, it is not essential, as full training and support will be provided. What’s most important is a genuine interest in customer satisfaction and a proactive, professional attitude.
 
In return, the role offers a competitive hourly rate of $32.06 plus superannuation, as well as access to a lucrative bonus and commission structure.
