Senior Finance Analyst

Based out of the Australian Head in Brisbane, this well established services business, operates across Australia and has grown both organically and through acquisition. They are seeking a commercially focused senior management / finance business partner. The business is constantly evolving, improving their Power BI / reporting systems and require a diligent, commercially focused senior management accountant to support the Head of FP&A / Senior Manager and subsequent operational teams.

The role
The role will play a vital link between operations and finance, and it is vital that you play a significant role in understanding key business matrices and business performance and the role that a good business partner can serve. Specifically, you will be involved with:

Divisional reporting and analysis, understanding market trends and cost savings
Build relationships with key operations managers
Monthly reporting to the Group
Help drive new Group / divisions system improvement initiatives

The Candidate
You will be a qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with a broad skill set and excellent communication skills. You will be able to understand what drives good financial performance, and drive initiatives. You could be looking for your first move from practice, able to bring your expertise in building relationships with multiple stakeholders, or have already worked in industry having developed good working relationship with operational teams and strong analysis skills.For more information, please call either David McLaren or Ben Wheeler on 0401 623 412
