Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role:

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be supporting the team in managing overall Inventory levels for eStore sales. This role will involve supporting the end-to-end planning and demand forecast management, including but not limited to, aged inventory risk management, out of stock management, and delivery fulfilment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

SCM & Planning

Demand Management and input of sell-out / sell-in forecast
Ensure promotion based forecast is planned and reflected in the system to capitalise on sales opportunities
Ensure that forecast is accurate and is shaped to achieve Sales Target

Sales Order and Delivery Order Management

Manage and monitor sales orders in SAP
Monitor delivery order status, ensure correct dispatch zones, and track late shipments while analysing related challenges.
Ensure that stakeholders receive regular and prompt updates concerning the progress of orders.
Persistently pursue advancements in operational processes, thereby improving both efficiency and the level of satisfaction experienced by customers.

Inventory management and Distribution Planning

Monitor daily inventory holding levels for all SKUs in the Channel.
Proactive aged inventory assessment to reduce slow moving inventory.
Managing safety stock levels across all DC’s in order to provide flexible supply.
Support the SCM team with administrative and operational tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives.
Using analytical tools to gather, analyse, and interpret data related to pricing, sales, and market trends.
Maintaining financial reports to assess the impact of different pricing and promotional scenarios.

About YOU:

Ideally 2 years of demand forecasting and planning / SCM operation / Customer facing experience / Multi-dimensional analysis experience
Experience in end to end order management.
Intermediate Excel Skills.
