Team Coordinator
People2people are excited to be working with a boutique accounting firm. Due to growth within the business, they are looking for a Team Coordinator. Located in the Inner West, a position has become available to join their close-knit team.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Office Coordination
Client Engagement which includes management of client onboarding and greeting visitors and clients
Maintain and update production management software
Management of ASIC annual statements and corporate secretarial
Input and preparation of team production reports as required
About you:
Similar experience in Professional Services ie. Accounting or Legal Firm
Strong communication skills
Time management
High attention to detail
Professional approach
The ability to prioritise and use your initiative
Experience with Salesforce, MS Office software, and/or internal CRMs.
